9.Reflection

Over the course of this year, my project has evolved in unexpected and often challenging ways. Each intervention has presented new opportunities for learning and personal growth. Through my research, I have gained a deeper understanding of the issues surrounding pharmaceutical sales on social media and have refined my approach to supporting elderly consumers in making better purchasing decisions.

The journey has not only expanded my knowledge and skills but has also led to significant personal development. I have become more confident, resilient, and reflective in my work, learning to embrace setbacks as opportunities for growth. As I continue this project, I am motivated to keep innovating, learning from my mistakes, and seeking new solutions to help vulnerable consumers make informed choices in an increasingly digital world.

Thanks

During this year’s study, all teachers and classmates have given me a lot of help. I am very grateful to all the teachers and students I met here. I would like to thank Course Leaders Richard and Zuleika for your encouragement and care. I would like to thank Cecilia, the tutor of Unit 1, for her guidance when I was confused about the project, Jasminka, the tutor of Units 2 and 4, for her encouragement and advice, and for the guidance of Diana, the tutor of Unit 3, as well as all the tutors and students. This year’s study was colorful, unforgettable, unique, and very helpful to me.
